After you complete the eHome America Homebuyer class, you can meet with a Homeownership Specialist in person at our Brattleboro or Springfield, VT offices (or by phone) to get your credit report and score, determine your mortgage affordability, and discuss any steps you need to become mortgage ready. There is no charge for these services. If you’re not quite ready to buy we can point you towards high-quality, affordable rental apartments in Windham and Windsor Counties.
