Westchester Residential Opportunities, Inc. is a non-profit organization whose mission is to promote equal, affordable, and accessible housing opportunities for all residents of our region. We are based in White Plains, New York, and provide various housing-counseling services, including first-time home buying programs, mortgage foreclosure prevention, eviction and utility shutoff prevention, fair housing, independent living, and senior housing.
