As part of Trio's mission to assist you on your path to homeownership, we partnered with eHome America to provide you with three online homeownership preparation classes through one of America's leading organizations.

eHome America, the nation's premier online homebuyer education provider, is our preferred partner. Classes offered by eHome America were designed in coordination with NeighborWorks America and are administered by over 375 affiliated non-profit counseling agencies. All classes are available on-line with local in-person support provided by eHome's affiliated housing counseling agencies.

Trio wants you to set aside some of your time to be better educated for homeownership. We recommend that you take all three classes to improve your understanding of financial management, homeownership and the home buying process. Please review page 3 of your Trio financing agreement for your individual requirements. Keep in mind that completion of the Homebuyer Education Class is a requirement in order to use your OwnOption Mortgage or any government backed mortgage when you are ready to buy.
