Trinity Empowerment Consortium, Inc. (TEC) is a HUD affiliate agency located in Miami, FL. We provide comprehensive pre and post homebuyer education and financial literacy education. Our certificates have been accepted by MDEAT's MMAP HAP downpayment assistance program and the Miami-Dade PHCD program. In order to receive a certificate that is acceptable to these agencies you must attend a face-to-face one-on-one counseling session with one of our counselors. This is mandatory if you plan to receive assistance from either of those agencies.

PLEASE NOTE: Each person signing the mortgage must complete the eHome America course individually.

Trinity staff requires a one week window to complete your one-on-one session following completion of this course. A counselor will call you within 48 business hours of your completion to set up your individualized counseling appointment(s).
