Southeast CDC's mission is to promote the healthy, dynamic and diverse communities of Southeast Baltimore. We are one of the premier housing counseling agencies in the State of Maryland.

After you complete your eHOME on-line home buyer education with Southeast CDC, email intake@southeastcdc.org and include a daytime phone number to schedule a 1:1 appointment. You must complete the one-on-one appointment to receive your housing counseling certificate.

Southeast CDC partners with lenders, real estate agents, home inspectors, mortgage lenders, home appraisers, rehabilitation specialists and developers. As a client of the Southeast CDC you are under no obligation to receive, purchase or utilize any services or properties offered by Southeast CDC or its partners in order to receive housing counseling services.
