RCHDC provides homeownership opportunities to low income families who don't qualify for conventional home financing. We work with USDA seeking eligible applicants who meet the income and credit guidelines to qualify for a USDA mortgage. Our Mutual Self Help Program is a no money down program that provides sweat equity for the builders and RCHDC provides the gap financing.
