1. Purpose. This Website serves as an education platform and reference guide for homebuyers. Homebuyers are able to take homebuyer education courses through the Website and obtain certificates of completion for completed courses (the “eHome America Services”).

2. Information We Collect and How We Collect It. eHome America collects different kinds of information from you in different ways. This Privacy Policy tells you about our information gathering, use, and disclosure practices and applies to information gathered through your use of this Website and your electronic communications through this Website.

   1. What Information Collected. We collect these types of information on the Website.

For example, in order to use the Website and access the eHome America Services, You will be asked to complete a form to create an eHome America online user account, including selecting user name and password. You will also be required to complete registration forms in order to register for online homebuyer courses. In the course of doing either of these tasks, you will be asked for information about yourself. If you voluntarily provide your Personal Information to us, we collect it. You choose whether to disclose Personal Information, but you will not be able to use the Website and complete courses without doing so. eHome America may collect information you send us and combine it with information from other users and/or de-personalize it to make it Non-personal Information.

Additionally, eHome America or its partners or affiliates may contact you regarding your completion of the online homebuyer education course, your loan application, your closing statement, your one-on-one follow up counseling appointment, your Certificate of Completion, or for other purposes related to your use of the eHome America Services. We may also contact you to obtain your input, or provide information about our services and our courses. eHome America may identify you in connection with your use of certain aspects of this Website and may link information about your use of the Website with your Personal Information.

   1. Transactions. If you provide Personal Information to us in connection with taking courses available on the Website or engaging in another kind of transaction, eHome America or its partners or affiliates may use your information to process the transaction and communicate with you and your requirements to complete the eHome America online homebuyer certification program. eHome America or its partners or affiliates may use your personal information to communicate with your lender or other necessary parties regarding your online homebuyer education course completion and your use of the eHome America Services.

   2. Marketing. We may use your Personal Information and/or Non-personal Information to offer, market and advertise to you via the Website and/or through email or U.S. mail. We may communicate with you about eHome America’s services or third party services that may interest you.
