ONE Neighborhood Builders is a nonprofit community development organization dedicated to revitalizing Providence neighborhoods through homes, health, and opportunity.  We work with over 400 families per year to provide budgeting assistance, credit counseling, financial capability coaching, and homeownership education. These programs ensure that ONE|NB renters, home-buyers, and community members at large, are financially secure and have the foundation to achieve their personal goals.

Please note that ONE Neighborhood Builders online Homebuyer Education class is not considered HUD-approved. However, for many lenders this is not necessary, and you may immediately print your certificate upon completing the course. To obtain a HUD-approved certificate, you need to participate in a one-to-one counseling session. If you need to do so, after you finish the online class, please contact the Housing Network at 401.721-5680 to set up your session.
