Founded in 1981, NWNEPA is a private non-profit organization that works to strengthen the financial stability of the families in the region through homeownership. NWNEPA operates a HomeOwnership Center through which it provides homebuyer education classes, personalized housing and credit counseling services, home rehabilitation programs, and foreclosure counseling.
