NeighborWorks® Northeast Nebraska is a private non-profit housing developer whose mission is to develop housing opportunities, empower individuals and families, and strengthen communities. NeighborWorks® Northeast Nebraska provides several different programs including Purchase/Rehab/Resell, Homebuyer Education, New Construction, and Community Development.

If you live in northeast Nebraska we strongly encourage you to contact our office at 402-379-3311 before registering for this course. You may be able to attend a face-to-face class at a lower cost. Face-to-Face Homebuyer Education is an interactive class which allows you to have a dialog with the professionals that are part of your homebuying team. Our customers find this classroom education to be a beneficial step in their homebuying process. A list of dates for our future classes can be found on our website at www.nwnen.org

If you are unable to attend a classroom Homebuyer Education workshop please continue with the registration process. Upon completion of this class you will need to contact our office about getting your completion certificate. We encourage you to complete this class as early in your homebuying process as possible. This will help you to make informed decisions as you reach your goal of becoming a homeowner.
