NeighborWorks Montana (NWMT)is a network of partners that provides homebuyer education and counseling services across the entire state of Montana. Since its founding in 1988, NWMT has been operating with the philosophy that education and financing can give people access to affordable homes in strong communities. As of 2019, over 31,000 clients have been educated within the partner network.

Additionally, NWMT provides down payment assistance and other lending products that provide access to housing. Within the past three years, NWMT has written 170 single-family loans in 35 cities for a total amount of $4,729,133!

Regardless of where you are in the process of purchasing a home, homebuyer education and counseling is an important step.  

As you get started with eHome America, please remember that following your completion of the course a one-on-one counseling session with a NWMT counselor is required.
