• NeighborGood Partners Office Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 4:30 pm*
• One on One counseling session** with a NeighborGood Partners Housing Counselor is required to obtain your certificate.
• Course Fee is Non-Refundable

*NeighborGood Partners staff will contact you (via e-mail) during normal business hours to confirm your next steps to receive your certificate of completion.  You cannot print your certificate after you complete the course.  We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.

**Documentation from our checklist is required for your one on one (checklist will be provided via your counselor).
