Mustard Seed Development Center, MSDC, is a HUD Approved Housing Counseling Agency that provides Financial/Credit and Homebuyer's individual counseling and/or seminars to assist Homebuyers in purchasing an affordable, safe and energy efficient home. These services are available to anyone that is purchasing their home and need Housing Counseling prior to loan application/approval. We partner with Lending Institutions, Credit Unions and Property owners and Real Estate Professionals to increase the knowledge of how to get ready for the loan process and how to be a successful homeowner.

NOTE: You will be required to contact MSDC to schedule a one-on-one consultation sesion in order to receive your certificate of completion.
