Community Action Partnership of Mid-Nebraska (Mid) is a private, non-profit community action agency serving 27 counties in south central and southwest Nebraska and two counties in Kansas. These services empower people to make a positive difference in their lives and communities.
The major programs Mid operates include: Head Start, WIC, Weatherization, Commodity Supplemental Food Program, transportation, immunization clinics, Food Bank, case management, affordable housing, micro-loans, and senior centers.
Mid is also a Community Housing Development Organization (CHDO) and a Readiness Education Awareness Collaborative for Homebuyers and Homeowners (REACH) Affiliate Organization.
