Interfaith Housing & Community Services, Inc. has been helping residents across Kansas with their housing needs for over 25 years. Interfaith has a first-time homebuyer program, rental properties, owner-occupied home repair, and the IDA Program for the state of Kansas.

CASH IDA Program for First Time Homeownership:
We provide a 2:1 match of a first-time homebuyer's savings of up to $3,000. If a participant saves the maximum of $3,000, Interfaith will provide $6,000 in matching funds, for a total of $9,000 to go toward down payment and closing costs on the purchase of his/her first home. Couples can each save $2,000, which would give them a total of $12,000 together.
