The Housing Partnership is a HUD approved NeighborWorks ® America Chartered member and a United Way agency serving northern New Jersey. The Partnership specializes in programs that help renters become first time homebuyers and keep homeowners in their home.

The Partnership offers the following services:

* One-on-one financial coaching
* Access to special first time home buyer mortgages and down payment assistance
* Information and access to affordable homeownership opportunities
* Free foreclosure intervention services

PLEASE NOTE: YOU ARE REQUIRED TO ATTEND A ONE-ON-ONE FINANCIAL COACHING SESSION WHICH INCLUDES, FREE CREDIT AND BUDGET COUNSELING TO HELP SET YOU ON THE PATH TOWARDS HOMEOWNERSHIP. YOUR CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION WILL BE PROVIDED TO YOUR LENDER AFTER THE COUNSELING SESSION.
