The Champlain Housing Trust is a community land trust that supports the people of Northwest Vermont and strengthen their communities through the development and stewardship of permanently affordable homes.
We are pleased to offer homebuyer education and counseling to anyone currently living in Chittenden, Franklin and Grand Isle counties or wishing to buy a home within our service area.
Please note there is an alliance of HomeOwnership Centers that serve the entire state of Vermont so if you live in a different county please find the HomeOwnership Center nearest you.
