Were you referred by Bank of America for the Community Affordable Loan Solutions (CAfLS) product? If so, please contact Dallas Habitat before proceeding. Bank of America requires buyers to complete BOTH Counseling and a HUD-certified Homebuyer Education Course. Our Counseling fee ($125 single applicants/$200 co-applicants) includes the cost of this course. Therefore, we highly recommend completing Counseling first, if eligible.
