Founded in 1991, Community Housing Innovations, Inc. (CHI) is a non-profit HUD-approved housing counseling agency with offices in Westchester, Nassau, and Suffolk Counties. Each year, CHI awards approximately $1 million in down payment assistance and rehabilitation grants to first time homebuyers.
