As part of your registration:

All Borrowers on the loan (Borrower and co-borrower if applicable) will need to register and pay the course fee separately.
Only the borrower and/or co-borrower must complete the registration and the online course.
After completing the online course, a telephone counseling is required with the pre-selected counseling agency to obtain your certificate.

Brothers Redevelopment Inc., is a HUD-approved Housing Counseling Agency providing comprehensive housing counseling since 1981. Our homeownership education provides first time homebuyers with the information they need to understand the home-buying process.

Through workshops and one-on-one counseling potential homebuyers become acquainted with everything from finding a lender, and understanding the interest rate, to signing the contract, and maintaining their investment.
