ARC is a HUD certified 501(c)3 nonprofit agency providing comprehensive Housing Counseling Services in Arizona since 1996. ARC works with potential and existing homeowners to provide pre-purchase services, debt/credit counseling, and new home buyer assistance programs to create choices for successful home ownership in our communities.
