Serving the Greater Wilmington area since 1993, AMEZ Housing Community Development Corporation (AMEZHCDC) is a non-profit organization, our mission is to provide decent affordable housing to low to moderate income people through innovative programs of housing and human development.

As a full service HUD certified housing counseling agency, we offer programs that align with our mission and those critical to the growth and stability of the communities that we serve including homebuyer education, financial literacy, pre and post homeownership counseling, predatory lending and foreclosure mitigation counseling. AMEZHCDC works diligently to ensure that clients are supplied with the essentials to function financially in the responsibility of owning and maintaining a home.
