Since 1989, AHP has offered pre and post purchase home advisement through group workshops and individual appointments. AHP connects households with resources for down payment, home repairs, and energy efficiency improvements.
AHP is affiliated with Community Realty which provides rental management services and the Albany Community Land Trust which acquires and rehabs homes for sale.
