Affordable Housing Centers of Pennsylvania is a HUD approved housing counseling agency. A high quality education and counseling program includes money management, budgeting, credit recovery and restoration strategies.

The goal of AHCOPA's housing counseling program is to prepare the client to become a successful homeowner whereby they understand their rights, responsibilities, and benefits to homeownership. Qualified clients will also be referred to local grants to help soften the upfront costs associated to the home purchase.
