Worcester East Side Community Development Corporation has been offering certified first time homebuyer education and counseling in Central Massachusetts for over nine years. We pride ourselves on being an innovative resource that provides training, resources, and services to first-time homebuyers and current homeowners in he preparation for a home purchase, and the selection, purchase, rehabilitation, and maintenance of a home, as well as their and long-term success as a homeowners.
Collaboratively, we work with the City of Worcester to provide income eligible families wishing to purchase in Worcester with down payment and closing cost assistance. Worcester East Side also offers flexible creadit reguilding, and individual and group counseling programs to help meet the needs of today's busy consumers.
