NeighborWorks Umpqua
NeighborWorks Umpqua, a private, non-profit corporation, was initiated in 1991 to help low and moderate income people in rural areas of Douglas, Coos, and Curry counties. Our mission is to work for and with low-income people to provide safe affordable housing and community-based economic development opportunities.
We are meeting our community's housing and economic goals through five business lines:
- Affordable Housing Development
- Education, Training, and Homeowner Assistance
- Economic Development
- Community Development
- Asset and Property Management
To be eligible for a certificate of completion, you will also need to complete a home buyer counseling session with NeighborWorks Umpqua. Individual counseling is available in person or by phone.
