Providing a one-stop services, Pathfinder Community Connections guides potential home buyers through the entire process of pre-purchase education, loan packaging, closing on the home, post purchase counseling, and when in need, foreclosure prevention counseling.
Pathfinder Community Connections is a comprehensive housing development organization that provides individualized customer relationships. We facilitate homebuyer education and counseling that will position a client for successful homeownership.
