NeighborWorks Salt Lake, a private non-profit 501(c)(3), opened its doors in 1977 with the mission of revitalizing neighborhoods and creating affordable housing by providing dynamic and creative leadership through partnerships with residents, youth, businesses, and government entities. NeighborWorks Salt Lake is a HUD-approved counseling agency.
Though this online course can not replace in-person homebuyer counseling, we believe that participants can gain a thorough understanding of the home buying process.
Please note the course will take you approximately eight hours to complete. Your course is followed by your individual, one-hour counseling session to review key elements from the class and discuss any questions you may have. You will receive your certificate upon completion of the follow-up session. Please contact our office at 801-539-1590 to schedule your follow-up appointment, held either in-person or by telephone.
