NeighborWorks HomeOwnership Center Sacramento
NeighborWorks® HomeOwnership Center Sacramento Region, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization was created in 1987 to revitalize the community. Our mission is "Providing opportunities for successful homeownership and strong communities through quality education, affordable lending, supportive partnerships and dedicated leadership." We use programs and revitalization strategies that will effectively increase and preserve homeownership, improve the condition, health and safety of existing homes, develop quality affordable housing, and empower residents through education and collaboration.
eHome America provides a comprehensive online workshop, preparing potential homebuyers to purchase a home. While this is a comprehensive workshop, some lenders require customers to attend a face to face homebuyer class. Please verify with your lender, that the program you are using approves an online workshop, before you sign up. If it doesn't call our office to sign up for the next available class, "Preparing for HomeOwnership".
If your lender approves eHome America proceed to sign up! If more than one person is purchasing a home with you, both people need to be on the certificate. Complete the intake by including both of your names in the first name box, this will ensure both names appear on the certificate.
