Neighborhood Housing Services of Lackawanna County
Founded in 1981, NHS is a private non-profit organization that works to strengthen the financial stability of the families in the region through homeownership. NHS operates a HomeOwnership Center through which it provides homebuyer education classes, personalized housing and credit counseling services, and home rehabilitation programs.
