Neighborhood Housing Services of Baltimore has worked to promote homeownership in the Baltimore area with different methods since 1974. In its capacity as a homeownership center, NHSB has worked with many communities and neighborhoods to promote homeownership as a tool for overall neighborhood revitalization. We have an annual operating budget of $1.2 million dollars and 17 staff members.
