North Dakota Home Buyer Education
The North Dakota Housing Finance Agency (NDHFA), CommunityWorks North Dakota (CWND), and The Village Family Service Center partnership provides individuals and families across North Dakota and parts of Minnesota with access to eHome America's online Homebuyer Education program.
In addition to offering this educational opportunity, NDHFA, CWND, and the Village can help qualified buyers achieve successful homeownership by providing one-on-one counseling, and information or assistance with affordable mortgage loans, and down payment and closing cost assistance. The Village also offers a classroom course in Fargo and Grand Forks free of charge.
