Michigan State University is the first land grant university in the nation. Part of the mission of a land grant is to provide unbiased educational opportunities for its citizens throughout the state. Michigan State University Extension (MSUE) is the community education arm of MSU. The MSUE mission is 'Helping People improve their lives through an educational process that applies knowledge to critical needs, issues and opportunities.' As a HUD and Michigan State Housing Development Authority (MSHDA) certified agency, MSUE has been providing housing education for over 20 years.
MSUE believes a more informed consumer will be more confident in making the important decision of homeownership. By completing this online course and learning about available local, state and federal housing financing programs, participants can move forward to reaching their goal of home ownership.
In order to receive your certificate of completion you will need to complete a two to three hour meeting with a Michigan State University Extension Educator.
The cost for this course is $40. For a limited time use the coupon code MSUE1112 for $5 off the registration!
