Knox Housing Partnership is a nonprofit organization that provides pre-purchase homebuyer education, financial literacy education, default counseling and one-on-one counseling to households throughout the Knoxville, Knox County, and 75 miles radius outside of Knox County.
Our Homeownership Center provides services and programs that are targeted at all income levels and works to help families become homeowners. We offer homebuyer education utilizing the Realizing the American Dream curriculum from NeighborWorks® America.
Upon completion of this course, you will be required to have a one-on-one counseling session with a Knox Housing Partnership counselor in order to receive your Homebuyer Education Certificate. This session will consist of you sharing your household budget and income verification via paycheck stub/Award Letter from Social Security or Income Tax returns with W-2 form.
