Illinois Assistive Technology Program
The Illinois Assistive Technology Program's (IATP) Homeownership Program provides pre- and post-purchase counseling, homebuyer education and foreclosure prevention counseling. Down payment and closing cost assistance may be available for first time homebuyers who meet income guidelines and who have a person living in the household with a verifiable disability. IATP is a HUD certified housing counseling agency.
