The importance of home buyer education cannot be stressed enough as you seek out answers about purchasing your first home. We encourage you to complete eHome America online education prior to starting your home search so that you gain the knowledge to successfully navigate through the home buying process as well as make educated financial decisions.
Completing eHome America online education is the first step in the process to meet the requirements for your certification from our organization. The second step is to schedule and attend a one-on-one intake session with one of our Homeownership Specialists.
To be able to schedule your appointment you will need to download and complete the Education Online Registration form in its entirety and return by email to Letecia_Nickols@hri-wi.org or fax to 414.461.6320.
