The Housing Partnership, Inc. (HPI) is a non-profit, HUD approved housing counseling agency located in Louisville, Kentucky.
Our mission is to create, sustain and promote access to affordable housing opportunities. We strive to be the premier organization that strengthens neighborhoods and improves lives through education, preservation and development of affordable housing.
HPI's Homeownership Program prepares potential homeowners for sustainable homeownership. Our counselors are nationally certified and integrate both one-on-one counseling with educational opportunities to help create educated homebuyers.
To obtain a Certificate of Completion, you must first enroll in our Homeownership Program before completing eHome America. Counseling fees do apply in addition to fees charged by eHome America.

A Certificate of Completion will not be issued until you have completed Homeownership Counseling.
