Information about this Agency:

High Plains Community Development Corporation, Inc. was formed in January 1995 as non-profit Community Development Corporation. In 2000, the organization became a HUD Approved Housing Counseling Agency covering the four counties in the northwest corner of Nebraska, and since then has expanded its services to cover the entire Third District.

High Plains has been offering homebuyer education classes in the group format since becoming a HUD approved agency as well as offering Rental, Credit, Pre-Purchase, Foreclosure and Reverse Mortgage counseling on an individual basis. We realize the advantage of offering eHome America to clients in the rural areas of Nebraska who are traditionally underserved.
