Housing Development Corporation of SW Florida
The Housing Development Corporation of SW Florida (HDC) exists to ensure that all residents of Southwest Florida and other states have access to affordable, safe housing.
Our primary goals are to expand opportunities available to very low, low and moderate income citizens and to raise the economic, educational and social levels of all residents.
HDC is a HUD-certified 501(c)3 non-profit organization serving parts of Southwest Florida, Alabama, and Georgia. Our services include very low, low and moderate income housing assistance to purchase a home, Fair Housing outreach and Homebuyer Education, HUD-certified credit and foreclosure counseling, and money management workshops. Our services are free to the community.
