Frayser Community Development Corporation (Frayser CDC) is a non-profit Housing Developer that combines the work of housing counseling services with our affordable housing program. We assist clients with understanding the importance of pre-purchase education/counseling while providing them with housing opportunities.

PLEASE NOTE you will be required to contact Frayser CDC at 901-354-2778 to schedule a one-on-one counseling session in order to receive your certificate of completion.
