As a leader in the affordable housing industry, FRONTIER has grown to become the largest non-profit provider of affordable homeownership opportunities in northeastern Kentucky and one of the largest non-profit home builders in their area. In total, FRONTIER has assisted over 1000 families, and now serves about 250 families each year with homebuyer education.
FRONTIER helps you become a stable homeowner by offering homebuyer education which has been proven to help families avoid foreclosure. FRONTIER believes education is the key to self-sufficiency and financial literacy is imperative for successful homeownership. In addition to homebuyer education, FRONTIER offers affordable home mortgage loans, subdivision development, and a range of new home choices including, site-built, modular, and quality manufactured homes. FRONTIER?S promise is a quality home and a fair loan.
Tailored to meet your needs, no matter what phase of the homebuying process you are in, this course is open to anyone considering buying a home. Upon completion of the course, participants are awarded a certificate that satisfies the homebuyer education component for many housing programs offered in Kentucky. The course is designed to be results-oriented. Participants will gain a thorough understanding of the homebuying process while at the same time finding local resources to help them achieve their goal.
