DHIC is the largest non-profit developer of affordable housing in the Triangle region and we serve the community by strengthening neighborhoods and families through the expansion of rental development and homebuyer education opportunities.

DHIC's Homeownership center is a unique and comprehensive resource for first-time homebuyers and current homeowners. We provide place-base and online education services that focus on equipping and arming families with the tools that are essential to being a successful homeowner. We also connect families to down payment assistance programs and work with families to get mortgage ready.
