Chattanooga Neighborhood Enterprise (CNE) was founded in 1986 to help improve the quality of life in Chattanooga by building strong, sustainable neighborhoods through the promotion and preservation of homeownership.
CNE has helped over 3,400 Chattanooga residents purchase their first home. CNE has also helped over 2,800 homeowners maintain their homes through financial and technical assistance with home repairs and home improvement loans.
