Homeport aka Columbus Housing Partnership is a private non-profit organization founded in the belief that a decent and affordable home is the cornerstone of family life and a healthy community. We provide a variety of workshops including homebuyer education, financial fitness, and foreclosure prevention. We also provide credit and budget counseling, rental housing and homes for sale.
The cost of this Online Homebuyer Education Workshop is $49.00. If you do not want to pay a fee to take this course online, CHP offers Homebuyer Education at no cost at our local office. This online workshop is not a HUD approved workshop and does not meet the requirements of the Down Payment Assistance Programs.
