Established in October 2005, Housing Foundation of America, Inc., is a leading HUD-approved 501(c)3 non-profit organization providing services for first-time homebuyers, distressed homeowners, and any other needs as it pertains to workforce housing.

Our mission is to address the needs of individuals and families as it pertains to attainable housing. We aim to strengthen the relationship between homeowners, potential homeowners and the community by partnering with public and private organizations to disseminate timely and useful information through our educational programs, outreach efforts, and counseling services with an emphasis on the low to moderate income households.

We achieve mission-driven results while providing homeownership services that are consistently available, accessible, and responsive to the needs of the South Florida community, including helping families that are in housing distress.
