Arbor Housing and Development is a HUD approved Housing Counseling agency offering the following serfvices: pre-purchase/credit counseling, foreclosure prevention counseling, post-purchase counseling, and reverse mortgage counseling. We also package USDA Rural Development loans and enroll eligible families in the Federal Home Loan Bank's First Home Club.
