ACCESS is the Community Action Agency for Jackson County and a HUD Approved Housing Counseling Agency serving Jackson and Josephine counties in Southern Oregon. We have certified Homeownership Counselors that provide pre-purchase education and individual counseling to prospective homebuyers, helping them achieve their dream of homeownership.

To be eligible for a Certificate of Completion for your class, please complete the HOC Education Intake packet. Once completed, you may choose to submit this either via email at: hocinfo@accesshelps.org , fax at: 1-888-857-4143, or by dropping this off, Monday-Friday from 8 AM-5 PM at ACCESS in Medford, OR. Once completed, received, and reviewed, you will receive your Certificate of Completion for your course. Following completion of the homebuyer course, you may also seek individual pre-purchase housing counseling.

Please open and read the eHome America Welcome Letter below to understand the follow up steps that must be completed, download and review the EPA HUD Lead Based Paint Fact Sheet and For Your Protection, Get a Home Inspection/10 Questions to Ask Your Home Inspector, and download and print the HOC Education Intake packet, complete this, and return to our offices.
