Trehab
Trehab is a Community Action Agency & Community Housing Development Organization. Our Homeownership Education and Counseling Program has been in existence for 17 years. We are a HUD approved counseling agency; we are a Rural Housing Packaging agent, and offer one on one counseling for Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency customers.
We are in a very rural area in PA, which is why we started and hosted our own online education program through moodle in 2005. We also offer a closing cost and down payment assistance grant through HOME and DCED. Completion of the workshop is a requirement for the grant.
