NeighborImpact is a nonprofit organization that serves households throughout Central Oregon. We offer a wide array of services, many of which target low and moderate income households in need.
Our Housing Center provides services and programs that are targeted at ALL income levels and work to help households become homeowners. We provide homebuyer education utilizing the Realizing the American Dream curriculum from NeighborWorks.
If you would prefer to take this course in person and free of charge, please contact our agency at the phone number listed below. The course is offered monthly in either our Bend or Redmond office. NeighborImpact also provides pre-purchase counseling and individual development accounts which is a matched savings program that helps people save to buy a home.
Upon conclusion of this course, you will be required to have a one hour one-on-one counseling session with a NeighborImpact counselor prior to receipt of your Homebuyer Education certificate. Please understand that it may take a few days to get an appointment.
